Kind of a shitty day , diarrhea , rain , overcast and bad puns . Sorry , but words whirl inside my head constantly , and tend to arrange themselves in strange ways . Since this morning's runs , every time I feel the urge to pee , I also have to crap . I think this is because of muscle confusion from having a catheter in for 2 weeks , without re-training the bladder before removal . Anyway , I'm putting on a diaper and going to bed .
