Today has been fairly pleasant , cloudy and cooler . I have been checking my daily news sources , doing small chores , and playing FarmVille . I have been trying extra hard to avoid inputs that trigger my instability . I sent a secure message to my behavioral medicine specialist , and a nurse from that department called today to confirm receipt of my message . They will contact me later for an appointment with my medication PA , to discuss possible chemical remedies to my issues . Then we decide if I need to be reevaluated and see a Mental Health specialist . I suspect my problems may stem from the head injury I suffered in 1997 . At least I have professionals to help me along the way . On a more positive note , she called before 9 so I had to get up to answer the phone , and stayed up , after being up till 2:30 AM last night , so maybe I can hit the rack early tonight .
